The customer wanted a compact USB-C hub capable of expanding several interfaces while maintaining high-speed data transmission and reliable multi-device connectivity.

USB, HDMI and power-delivery functionality needed to be integrated into one product.

Tongyong Industries optimized the PCB layout and shielding design and incorporated appropriate signal-protection measures.

The finished design integrated six functional ports, followed by port functionality, signal, compatibility and durability validation during production.
