These are standard battery-pack protection considerations rather than defects specific to an individual customer product.
What the Customer Needed
The customer wanted a 20,000mAh portable power bank combining high capacity with a practical form factor, efficient charging and battery protection.
Battery cells, power management and mechanical packaging therefore needed to work within limited internal space.
How Tongyong Industries Addressed It
Tongyong Industries optimized battery-cell selection, internal layout and the power-management circuit and integrated a battery management system.
Protection included overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit and overheating functions. Production validation included capacity, charge-discharge cycle and safety checks.
